Truck Bowel Repair

Uncoated mining tipper trucks bowels are susceptible to expensive damage due to chemical corrosion, abrasion, repeated impact, and stress of loading, stress on the chassis and dumping heavy and abrasive materials. As a result, there is a need for bowel replacement during the lifespan of mining tipper trucks. This has a net effect of increasing the maintenance costs of mining tipper trucks. Therefore, there is need to increase the running hours between steel liner and or bowel replacement intervals or eliminate the need by providing ultimate protection against harsh conditions at every turn during the mining of minerals in the mine.
